Lizzo Cuts Asking Price of Beverly Hills Mansion to $13.99M
Grammy-winning artist Lizzo has slashed the asking price of her Beverly Hills mansion to $13.99 million, marking a $2 million reduction since it first hit the market in December 2024.
The sleek, modern three-bedroom estate is nestled in the exclusive Oak Pass Road community and blends architectural elegance with natural serenity. Built in 2018, the 0.32-acre property features an L-shaped layout, wood-and-glass design, and a two-story atrium wrapped in greenery. Interior finishes include wood-paneled ceilings, exposed brick, and black-framed windows that reflect California’s indoor-outdoor lifestyle.
Outdoor spaces are equally impressive. A 100-year-old oak tree shades the alfresco dining area, which sits beside a saltwater infinity pool. The primary suite cantilevers over a wooden deck next to the pool, offering a blend of privacy and open views of the Santa Monica Mountains from the home’s wood-lined terraces.
Lizzo, 37, purchased the mansion in 2022 for $15 million through a trust, acquiring it from Warner Records CEO Aaron Bay-Schuck. The property previously belonged to actor and singer Harry Styles, who owned it from 2014 to 2016 before a developer rebuilt the home and sold it to Bay-Schuck for $11 million.
In 2024, Lizzo reportedly traded the estate for Jeremy Renner’s Laurel Canyon home, which she bought for $12.4 million. The Beverly Hills property was initially listed at $15.99 million before receiving two subsequent price cuts.
Now listed at $13.99 million, the home is being marketed by celebrity real estate agents David Parnes and James Harris of Bond Street Partners. As of now, Lizzo has not publicly commented on the price change.
With luxury homes shifting rapidly in Los Angeles, this price drop signals a potentially motivated seller and an opportunity for buyers seeking a celebrity-grade residence in a prime location.
