Leading luxury hospitality brand Four Seasons, in partnership with Fort Partners and Merrimac Ventures, will soon open the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Telluride. The project will offer 52 guestrooms, 43 Hotel Residences, and 26 Private Residences for those seeking a long-term home in this picturesque mountain setting. Surrounded by the stunning San Juan Mountains, Telluride is well-known as one of North America’s premier ski destinations and boasts a rich heritage dating back to the late 1800s. The upcoming Four Seasons will be located in Mountain Village, providing easy access to both the Telluride Ski Resort and the downtown area, with its Victorian-era shops, galleries, and restaurants.

Located next to the gondola that connects Telluride and Mountain Village, guests and residents will enjoy ski-in/ski-out access. In addition to the convenience of direct access to the Telluride Ski Resort, residents can easily visit the charming downtown Telluride area.

The Four Seasons Resort will feature luxury accommodations, including guestrooms and Hotel Residences within the Four Seasons Villa and Residence Rentals program. The Private Residences will cater to those looking for a more permanent lifestyle in Telluride. Timeless Design and Wellness Features

The design of the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Telluride draws inspiration from the surrounding natural landscape. Led by Olson Kundig for architecture and Clements Design for interiors, the three connected buildings will offer floor-to-ceiling windows and natural materials to capture the breathtaking views of the San Juan Mountains.

The Resort will also feature two culinary outlets, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a spa with a thermal lounge, cold plunge, and eight treatment rooms. Additional wellness amenities include a lap pool and an outdoor hot tub, designed for relaxation after a day on the slopes.

A Community-Focused Destination

The 26 Private Residences at Four Seasons Resort Telluride will offer residents the chance to enjoy exclusive resort amenities while having access to personalized services from a dedicated residential team, including a Director of Residences. Residents will also have access to private lounges and ski valet services.

The Hotel Residences, which range from one to four-bedroom layouts (821 to 5,514 square feet), are fully furnished and ready for occupancy. Owners can also choose to include their residence in the Four Seasons Villa and Residence Rentals program.

Looking Ahead: A New Era for Telluride

The Four Seasons Resort and Residences Telluride will be a major addition to the area’s growing luxury offerings. With its unbeatable location, world-class amenities, and ski-in/ski-out access, this project is set to become a prime destination for both short-term visitors and long-term residents.

Located near Telluride and Montrose Regional Airports, this new Four Seasons property will complement existing alpine resorts in North America, including properties in Vail, Jackson Hole, and Santa Fe.
