OneKey MLS has selected Broker Public Portal to power the consumer-facing home search experience on its website, OneKeyMLS.com. The agreement, announced February 18, 2026, strengthens an industry-owned initiative designed to deliver trusted listing data directly to home shoppers while keeping control with MLSs and brokerages.
OneKey MLS serves more than 43,000 members across the New York City metropolitan area and Long Island. The partnership brings Broker Public Portal’s technology to this high-demand market and provides meaningful business opportunities for OneKey participants.
Listings from OneKey MLS will also appear on Cribio.com, the consumer search platform Broker Public Portal launched in September 2025. Cribio emphasizes broker attribution, accurate MLS-sourced information, and a modern search interface built for today’s homebuyers.
Richard Haggerty, CEO of OneKey MLS, described the collaboration as a step toward delivering durable value for real estate professionals. He noted that the partnership connects buyers directly with listing brokerages, supporting members in a competitive environment.
Dan Troup, CEO of Broker Public Portal, highlighted the alignment with BPP’s core mission. He stated that the initiative delivers a consumer experience grounded in MLS data and powered by the professionals who generate it. The OneKey agreement advances that vision through trusted information and broker-focused technology.
Broker Public Portal, founded over a decade ago, now counts several MLS stakeholders. Initial partners included Canopy MLS, MIBOR, Doorify MLS, and MRED. The RMLS Alliance joined in late December 2025. OneKey MLS marks the latest addition, significantly broadening the platform’s geographic footprint.
Broker Public Portal OneKey Deal Expands Consumer Access
The Broker Public Portal OneKey partnership arrives as MLS organizations seek innovative ways to enhance consumer portals without ceding control to third-party aggregators. By leveraging BPP’s infrastructure, OneKey provides members with a robust search tool that prioritizes brokerage visibility and data accuracy.
Cribio.com continues to gain traction as an alternative consumer destination. Its focus on professional attribution differentiates it in a crowded field of home search sites.
Industry observers view such collaborations as strategic responses to evolving buyer behavior. Modern shoppers expect seamless, mobile-friendly experiences with comprehensive, up-to-date listings.
HAR and BBOR Announce Reciprocity in Southeast Texas
In a separate development, the Houston Association of Realtors announced a reciprocity agreement with the Beaumont Board of Realtors. The deal grants HAR’s approximately 50,000 subscribers automatic access to lockboxes in BBOR’s service area, covering 10 additional counties in Southeast Texas.
BBOR members receive equivalent no-cost access to HAR lockboxes. The arrangement eliminates extra dues or fees for agents showing properties across the regions.
Mario Arriaga, Board Chair of HAR.com, emphasized the agreement’s role in improving efficiency for subscribers. He noted that expanded access helps agents serve clients more effectively in neighboring markets.
HAR maintains several data-sharing and reciprocity partnerships. Agreements with North Texas Real Estate Information Systems, Unlock MLS, and LERA MLS together represent more than 80% of Texas listings.
These connections enhance operational flexibility for agents operating across multiple markets in the state.
Implications for MLSs and Brokerages
The Broker Public Portal OneKey partnership and HAR-BBOR reciprocity reflect ongoing efforts by MLS organizations to strengthen member tools and regional cooperation. Both initiatives aim to improve consumer experiences while protecting professional interests and data control.
As home search technology evolves, MLS-backed platforms like Cribio.com position themselves as reliable alternatives. Partnerships such as these expand their reach and utility.
For agents and brokerages, expanded access and improved search capabilities translate to greater market coverage and potential business growth. The developments underscore the continued importance of collaboration among regional and local real estate entities.
