JA Joubert Architecture has unveiled its striking mixed-use tower complex in Tirana, Albania. Situated beside Tirana Park Lake, the Lake Views development introduces a series of undulating towers designed to echo the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape. The towers feature cascading planted terraces and undulating forms that harmonize with the hills and mountains near the city. The Lake Views development spans 135,000 square meters and includes 1,150 residences, alongside commercial and public spaces. The design concept by JA Joubert Architecture focuses on creating an organic connection between the building and the landscape. The towers’ undulating form mimics the surrounding terrain, avoiding monotonous, repetitive block designs. A Modular Grid and Terraces with Spectacular Views

On the larger site, four towers rise from a sinuous, three-floored volume that contains commercial spaces. Above these, the apartments are arranged in a staggered formation. A three-storey parking lot is tucked underground to maximize green space.
