A lavish 280-foot superyacht featuring a helipad, beach club, full spa, and gym has been listed for sale at €169 million (about $193 million). The vessel, now known as Gigia, was custom-built in 2017 by famed German shipbuilder Lürssen for billionaire energy magnate Igor Makarov.
Initially named Areti, after Makarov’s ARETI International Group, the yacht later changed hands and names—briefly known as Amatasia before the current owners, a California-based family, rebranded it Gigia, a family nickname. It now ranks in the top 5% of the world’s longest yachts.

Gigia recently received a full repaint, with updates to carpeting and upholstery. The yacht sails under the Cayman Islands flag and remains one of the most refined examples of custom yacht design.
