‘Scream’ Star Neve Campbell Lists Renovated Sherman Oaks Home for $4.29M

Neve Campbell, the acclaimed star of the “Scream” franchise, and her partner, actor JJ Feild, have put their upgraded Sherman Oaks home on the market for $4.287 million.

The couple purchased the Colonial-style residence in September 2020 for $2.815 million, according to PropertyShark records. Since then, they have invested significantly in enhancing the home’s 0.4-acre double lot, adding modern amenities and lush landscaping while preserving its original charm, including towering redwoods.

Built in 1925, the 4,500-square-foot home features five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. Highlights include a guest wing with a private entrance and terrace, multiple outdoor entertaining areas, and a reimagined accessory dwelling unit (ADU) with its own address.

Major Upgrades and Outdoor Oasis

Campbell and Feild transformed the outdoor space into a serene retreat with a newly installed bluestone pool featuring a Baja shelf, a hot tub, a cedar sauna, an ice barrel, and a fully equipped pool house with a bathroom and outdoor shower. The landscape now boasts fruit and ornamental trees, large boulders, a vegetable garden, and a full irrigation system.

For entertaining, the property offers an outdoor kitchen complete with a bar, multiple grills, refrigerators, an ice machine, and a pergola-covered dining area.

Luxury Additions for Modern Living

The home also includes an EV charger-equipped three-car garage, an elevator, and a landscaped children’s play area with a swing set and an in-ground trampoline. The redesigned ADU now features new kitchen and bathroom finishes, making it perfect for guests or rental use.

The property is listed with Richard Yohon of Sotheby’s International Realty and Konstantine Valissarakos of Nourmand & Associates.
